Send us a list of the books you wish to purchase. Include the list name, item number, author, short title, and price. We will reply with an email quote, including postage and packing. We also notify you if a book has been recently sold. Books will be posted when we receive your payment.
SECONDHAND BOOKS AND THE GST We have currently (2006) decided to voluntarily drop our registration for GST. Therefore GST is not included in the prices of books sold to Australian customers. However our books can often still be claimed as tax deductions.
POSTAGE AND PACKING All our books are expertly wrapped and placed in padded envelopes, or in envelopes and boxes containing bubble-wrap. We may charge a small packing and handling fee of $A2 on low-value orders. Postage is charged at cost. We generally post books by surface mail within Australia, and by Air Mail to overseas countries. We do not recommend sea mail from Australia as delivery time is often three or four months.
GENUINE GUARANTEE If you are not satisfied that a book has been correctly described, and you notify us within a reasonable time (no more than four weeks after you would normally receive the book by post), we will issue a full (100%) refund. We may request that you return the book first. Of course, we will also refund your payment if the book is lost in the mail.
VISITING OUR SHOP Since June 2005, we have traded online business only. Therefore, sorry - visits to our shop to browse our stock are not available at this time.

If internet security concerns you, send credit card details as follows:
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: We currently do not accept personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders in foreign currency (major libraries accepted). Foreign personal cheques take up to 6 weeks to clear, and a currency conversion fee of $11 Australian (for example, $6.50 US or 4.50 GBP) must be added, which our bank charges to convert your payment into Australian currency. However, customers from Britain, Canada, New Zealand and other Commonwealth countries can send a bank draft in Australian dollars. A bank draft is a special type of bank cheque drawn on a bank other than the issuing bank (in this case, drawn on an Australian bank). Some banks in the United States (eg, Citibank, HSBC Bank) also may be able to issue bank drafts in Australian dollars.
